Waiver Author : However, if the author does not have an article processing fee (APC) / article publication fee published in this journal, the author must provide reasons that are acceptable to the editor and of course this is only given to articles that have been declared fit for publication by the editor. Because we do not want if it is caused by costs so prevent the publication of quality articles.
